2. Definitions

Service:The SellsAI platform available at sellsai.click.
User:An individual or legal entity that has registered an account on the Service.
Store:The User's e-commerce store in which the AI widget is integrated.
Widget:JavaScript snippet provided by SellsAI, installed on the Store page.
Subscription:A paid plan that provides access to extended Service features.
Customer:A visitor to the User's Store who interacts with the Widget.

3. Registration and Account

  • Registration requires a valid email address and acceptance of these Terms.
  • Users must keep their password confidential and not share access with third parties.
  • One account may manage multiple stores within the limits of the active plan.
  • Users may delete their account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

4. Service Description

SellsAI provides Users with:

  • AI widget for installation on the Store page, answering Customer questions
  • Product synchronization from XML/JSON feeds
  • Product interest and cart closing trigger features
  • Management dashboard, analytics and configuration
  • PrestaShop integration (Pro plan)

5. Plans and Payments

Pro199 PLN net/mo.

2,000 products, 800 conversations/mo., 5 stores + PrestaShop API

  • Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Card data is stored solely by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
  • Users may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No automatic refunds for unused subscription periods, unless required by law.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Inform Store Customers about the AI widget (e.g. in the Store privacy policy)
  • Report any bugs or security breaches promptly

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • • inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
  • • lost profits resulting from service interruptions
  • • damages resulting from improper widget configuration by the User
  • • actions of third-party providers (Stripe, OpenAI, etc.)

Total liability of the Service Provider is limited to fees paid by the User in the preceding 3 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the Service, including source code, design, logo and the SellsAI name, belong to BH Drums Tomasz Swobboda. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination

  • Users may delete their account or cancel subscription at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, with prior notice (except for serious violations).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered address. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
