What feed formats are supported?

We support XML (Google Shopping, Ceneo, Idealo) and JSON. The system automatically detects the format.

How quickly will AI learn my products?

After adding a feed, products are indexed within minutes. Full synchronization of a large catalog (5000+ products) can take up to 30 minutes.

Does the widget affect page speed?

No. The widget loads asynchronously (does not block the page) and weighs less than 20KB.

Can I customize the widget appearance?

Yes, in the panel you can change colors, logo, position and assistant welcome text.

How does the Product Interest Trigger work?

After a customer spends a set time on a product page (e.g. 20 seconds), the assistant automatically starts a conversation about that product. On desktop the chat window opens automatically, on mobile a notification badge appears – a less intrusive UX for smartphones.

How does Cart Closing work?

When a customer lingers on the cart or checkout page longer than a configured time, the assistant proactively offers help. You can set a custom discount code for the assistant to offer at the right moment.

Can customers check orders through chat?

Yes, if the store has order integration enabled. The assistant asks for email, verifies identity via phone number, and displays order status directly in the chat.

What chat modes does the AI widget offer?

The widget offers 3 modes available as tabs above the text field: 🛍️ Products – default mode for product search and recommendations. The assistant knows your entire catalog and helps customers find what they're looking for. 📦 Order – order and parcel tracking mode. The customer provides their email, the assistant verifies identity and displays order status directly in the chat. ⚙️ Technical – AI technical support mode based on PDF documents. The customer describes a problem, the assistant searches uploaded documentation and responds step by step. Each mode has an independent conversation history and its own session – switching between tabs does not erase previous messages.

Products mode – what can the assistant do?

In Products mode the assistant uses semantic search (vector embeddings) and knows your entire catalog. It understands natural language queries like "something light for summer under $50" or "running shoes for women size 38". It displays product cards with price, image and a "View" button directly in the chat window.

Order mode – how does customer verification work?

After switching to the 📦 Order tab, the customer provides the email address used when placing their order. The assistant retrieves data from the store system and displays the status in the chat. The mode is available when the store has order system integration enabled (e.g. PrestaShop).

Technical mode – how do I upload documentation?

In ⚙️ Technical mode the assistant uses PDF documents uploaded in the admin panel (Technical Support section). You can upload a product manual, FAQ, or any documentation. The assistant automatically processes the file, creates a semantic index, and answers customer questions referencing specific sections of the document. Available in the Pro plan.
